4 OH MY!

Friday I needed to get gas. I know that we are no different from anyone else in suffereing from this, but geez! $4.09 for a gallon of gas? REALLY? For the first time, I crossed the $70 threshhold to fill up a car.

And on the way home, I thought about watching part of an interview Matt Lauer did with the CEO of Exxon/Mobil (I think that's who it was). I wasn't paying that much attention after I heard Matt ask him to justify $40 billion in revenue for his company! I'm not a business person, nor to I pretend to even try to understand it, but I don't think there is anything anyone could say to me that could justify charging the prices they do when they make that much.
